We publish two addresses rather than five. A company of this size that lists five inboxes and reads one is not being straight with you — mail to hello@kidzplayzone.co is routed internally, and privacy correspondence has its own address because the law gives it its own timetable.

If we do not respond in that time, or you are not satisfied with the response, you can take the complaint to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner, an impartial third party that handles privacy complaints.
